Spectrum Church is honored to have such a wonderful team of volunteers here. We take pride that we surpass the average volunteer-to-member ratio in the church community and are looking forward to having you work with us!
The best way for us to present Christ to the people of our community is to maintain a high standard for our workers. Christians who are in places of responsibility in the church are required to be examples of faith, conduct, and business affairs. Therefore, we have the following guidelines which are required of any person who seeks to be involved within any of our departments as a volunteer.
- Must have attended the church for 6 months and agree with the
Statement of Faith.
- Be able to make a minimum of 1 year commitment.
- Be loyal to the Pastoral Staff and leadership of Spectrum Church.
- Be faithful to the ministry.
- Live a separated Christian life.
- Attend all department meetings.
- Attend all church services.
- At least three days notice if you will be unable to perform your assigned responsibility.
- Be Punctual
- Be neat in your appearance.
- Home life must be in order
- Give thirty-days written notice when resigning from a position.
